Working principle:
Cement mixed with water into paste in the mixing bucket, through
the hydraulic transfer cylinder, paste delivered to the pipeline;
Foam vesicant mixed with water first, through the hydraulic
transfer cylinder, then mixed with hydraulic air, high density foam
will be produced in the pipeline, when they meet the cement paste
inside and mix with each other, we got the final product foam
cement. The working process as shown below:

Measurement and Display equipment:

requirement, we developed automatic measurement and display
equipment which matches the Saidy cement foam machine, FP*0B,
FP*0B, FP*0H. It is made up of four parts, Cement weighing sensors,
Feed control device, liquid flow meter and automatic regulation
valve. The used cement, water and foam are centralized controlled
and regulated by the control computer according to the set value,
which realizes the Precise batching and displaying of the three
parameters.
